You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange. If you are entitled to a exchange, we will gladly exchange the product for your purchase price.
We do not accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
